Dedicated to fostering learning, creativity, productivity, and community through education

Over the past year, the Digital Harbor Foundation has transformed from a local Baltimore nonprofit exploring regional and national initiatives and partnerships to a nationally recognized and funded thought leader helping other out-of-school-time organizations around the country incorporate technology education into their programs. This transformation is a result of a series of changes over the past year: growth of national strategic partnerships and initiatives, greater strategic clarity, increased staff capacity, increased development capacity, and conducted National Science Foundation research. An investment in Digital Harbor Foundation will increase the number of students experiencing relevant STEM education during their out-of-school time. Digital Harbor Foundation operates three innovative programs that provide youth with access to tech-powered learning opportunities, support educators through high-quality training and content, and close the gap between academic innovation and local economies. These projects are grounded in local innovation that connect learning across national ecosystems.
