What our volunteers do

Early-stage nonprofit leaders are often their own IT department, finance team, HR manager, marketing coordinator—and still expected to deliver programs to their communities. With small teams and tight budgets, they’re doing extraordinary work under enormous pressure.

Greater Sum helps guide these organizations through this critical growth stage. Through our Virtual Incubator and Promising Practices Accelerator, we offer nonprofit strategic planning, fundraising training, and operations support—all grounded in real-world experience.

But the real engine behind this work is our volunteer network of Subject Matter Experts.
