BIG NEWS: Introducing Our First-Ever Summer Intensive Incubator Cohort
Are you a nonprofit founder spending your school year in the classroom—and your evenings building your organization? You’re past the “idea” stage. You’re already doing the work, showing up for students and families, and creating something that matters.
We also know our virtual incubator model doesn’t always fit your life—especially in education. However, turning that momentum into something sustainable (and scalable) can be tough without the right support.
That’s exactly why we created our new Summer Intensive Incubator, happening July 27–31.
A format that actually fits your schedule
This is a focused, five-day sprint built around the academic calendar. Whether you’re a teacher-founder or just want a deep, immersive experience, this week is all about helping you move your work forward—fast.
Here’s what the week looks like:
Daily Peer Chats (90 minutes): Real conversations with founders who understand what you’re navigating
1:1 Coaching (2 sessions): Dedicated time to work through your specific challenges
Online Curriculum & Reflection (30–60 minutes): Flexible, self-paced content to help you take action
We’ll focus on what actually moves your organization forward
Running a nonprofit takes more than passion—it takes clarity and a plan. During the week, we’ll dig into:
Stakeholder Mapping: Who else cares about this work—and how do you reach them?
Evidence of Impact: How do you show your model works and understand your true costs?
The Call to Action: How do you clearly communicate what’s needed next?
And it doesn’t stop after five days
This isn’t just a one-week experience—it’s a way into a broader community. You’ll get:
Access to alumni programs and ongoing support
A chance to compete in next year’s pitch competition
A growing network of Greater Sum founders and supporters
Who should apply?
We’re looking for early-stage nonprofits (within their first five years) that are:
A registered 501(c)(3)
In the process of filing
Operating under fiscal sponsorship
Apply by June 18
If you’re ready to move from a passion project to something built to last, we’d love to have you. Let’s spend a week this July building that foundation together. Application found here!
